The landlord got stiffed $100k and did nothing? LOL!

One would think that, for that kind of money, a "major commercial property owner in Windsor and Essex County" might have pulled a credit report, done an asset search, hired an attorney and/or a private investigator, or ANYTHING to determine whether he could recoup some of the alleged debt.

Instead, "Mikhail said he didn’t pursue Vucicevich with a collection agency or lawyer because he didn’t think he had any money at the time".

If someone owed me $100,000 and "did a midnight run on me", I'd spend a few bucks to find out how I could get it back and wouldn't quit until I was certain I'd hit a complete dry hole.

This is sloppy reporting, at best.

Having said that, this says nothing about whether Petar is on the up and up; still holding out some hope that he is.
