Here's my response.

I have visited GRNO at least 4 times since November, 1996. I have photographed the various stages of construction and shared these photos with others.

I have contacted various entities mentioned in GRNO news releases, most importantly EVSI to verify information. I have met and had informed discussions with various individuals from entities interested in GRNO technology. None of which dealt with anything other than background information... (ie: we didn't discuss specifics of deals, contracts or other insider information)

I have received the investor's packet, the video tape, as well as various documention involving technical aspects of the process.

Remarks:

I still like GRNO and the propects for its future... (did you expect anything else from me?? <g>) I have not seen or been presented with any evidence that suggests that management or representatives have been guilty of anything other than administrative mistakes. I certainly have detected no intent to defraud or manipulate for personal gain. However, I am always open to evidence to the contrary.

I bought my first position in GRNO on May 15, 1996. My wife and I held only upper 4 digit positions until March of this year when the entrance of ALLN as a mmkr gave us more confidence that the company was making its introduction to the "street" and that we should buy more. (a little more cash in the account helped as well.. :0)

There is obviously more I could say but I've said it somewhere out there before and shouldn't be asked for redundancy this early in the morning... :0)

I've said my piece. Now its up to you to tell us your story. Maybe the WSJ reporter will read it and realize that we invested according to our own judgements, not as a response to micro-cap hype.

BTW, be honest. If you didn't receive any documentation, that is your right. The issue is, did you have the opportunity to receive it and were you encouraged to do so.

Regards,

Ron
