I was under the impression that the graphs, released on any given day, were for the closing federal funds futures of the previous day. If I'm correct, it was CPI that had the big impact (makes sense since reported inflation was low). And we won't know the impact of Housing Starts until the next charts are released on Monday.

I think the labeling and dates on those charts is a little misleading. If I'm correct, the data labeled "Nov 17" is for the close on Nov 16.
