Sure the world will change. Torture will no longer be advocated by the leading nation in the world. There will now be balance of powers and congressional oversight that the founders instituted. So now there can be investigations in to the behavior of public officials, and people who have broken the law can be prosecuted. People who have contempt for the concept of oversight are no longer in charge. We can also make sure that the voting process has integrity and is transparent with an audit trail and not in the hands of private corporations.

And the world will be a better place for it. The world changes every day. What are you a moron?
