TGC-2 Shares Begin Trading on RTS
MOSCOW - Shares in OAO "TGC-2"* began trading on the Exchange Market of RTS today. The company's shares have been included in the Part of the Schedule "Securities Admitted to Trading But Not Included in Quotation Lists". It is anticipated that the shares will be admitted to trading on the MICEX Stock Exchange in the next few days.
Thus, to date, shares of OAO "WGC-2", OAO "WGC-3", OAO "WGC-4", OAO "WGC-5", OAO "WGC-6", OAO "TGC-2", OAO "Mosenergo" (OAO "TGC-3"), OAO "TGC-5", OAO "TGC-6", OAO "TGC-8", and OAO "TGC-9" have been floated on the stock market. By year end, OAO "WGC-1", OAO "TGC-2", and OAO "TGC-4" are expected to float their shares.
Also, with effect from today, shares of OAO "Chita Energy Retail Company" started trading on the Exchange Market of RTS.
* OAO "TGC-2" was registered on 19 April 2005 in the city of Yaroslavl. The company comprises generation companies in six regions – Arkhangelsk Region, Vologda Region, Kostroma Region, Novgorod Region, Tver Region, and Yaroslavl Region. TGC-2 has been carrying out operations since 1 July 2006.
