One reason that bikinis are banned in Muslim countries is the complete inability of Muslim men to control their sexual impulses. Muslim Clerics admit that even women with their hair uncovered are at risk from Muslim men. Even female children are so much at risk that firefighters would rather watch them burn alive than save them when not properly covered.

And because of that women around Muslims must be covered.
