My sis shops at Sams club in CA. She seems to find stuff comparable to Costco -which product line changes frequently, if you like it, have the money, buy it. I've never heard of Target super center. I really like Target. I got the cutest gold shoes with sparkles there one, and a perfect two piece bathing suit dirt cheap.
