Interesting how the article starts out by quoting those who insist that the black male employment problem is structural, not behavioral, citing a 1991 study where employers said blacks had attitude problems and didn't know how to work...then basically spends the rest of the article proving that the employers were perfectly justified, at least if Chris is any example.

Nearest this guy has every come to planning anything is not untying his tie because he can't figure out how to retie it - and isn't that a sad example. Figuring out that if he doesn't like his current job, maybe he should find another one first before quitting seems beyond him.
