That would depend on why you made it a core holding to begin with. If it was because of a long term trend line, sell it when the line gets broken. If it was because of fundamentals, sell it when they change. If it was because you felt it was undervalued, sell it when it isn't. There's no single answer to your question.

Did you notice that I've added a "d" to my initials for my signature line? The "d" stands for dummy, and if you take any advice from me, you're going to earn a "d", too ;-).
