Being of modest means, the only way I even got into this stock was through an extremely lucky hit on a long shot that I had to get out of while it was on its way back down. Why? With discount brokers there's no reason you have to buy in round lots of hundreds of shares. You can buy 50, 25, or even 10 shares if that's all you can afford and still only pay $29, $19.95, $15, or $9.95 commission depending on your broker. The days of odd-lot penalties is long past.
