'So, given your belief, would you say you are a technical trader rather than a fundamental/macro type?'

I'm certainly a little of both though I do respect breakouts/breakdowns in charts first and foremost. I certainly do entertain the possibility we are on the verge of a new global boom in a very low interest rate environment.. Spreading US consumerism and all the medical/biotech discoveries allowing us to live longer and healthier than ever imagined. Think 1B cars on the road in Chindia in another 40 years for starters and the ramifications of that many middle class consumers. But who really knows. Never would have thought interest rates would have remained this low and the stock market so strong through the fall given the huge inversion in the yield curve and end of fed tightening always result in a stock market correction. I'm prepared for anything at this point even a meltup like 20 years ago in deteriorating economic conditions.
