Most of the new world SB's are looking for that jalapeno or "cat pee on a gooseberry bush" note like Cloudy Bay and that is a particularly nasty combo with Turkey True enough. But that is why PN is an alternative. The SB, to my mind, adds a nice note to the typical blandness of the meal. You don't think a Sancerre works as an option?
