Alan Check with KLP... We have pm's about this. It was an e mail from a German friend.. I did not know it's source.. HOwever, Karen and I have discussed this in detail. ALSO.. I thought I was posting on the Foreign Affairs thread.. In my poor eye sight and carelessness I hit PFP... where it should NOT have been posted. My apoligies to Bill and others.
