The price is based on 18% moisture. Any wetter and it doesn't store well. You get docked for drying if it's any wetter but no bonus if it's drier. It sells by weight, about 60 pounds to the bushel.

Then again if you sell to an ethanol place they like it wetter and you don't get docked even if it's 25% moisture.
