COMMUNICATION WITH GERMAN CREDITORS "We have worked for the java group in germany and all statements in the financial webpages are true. in june of this year the german java group was forced into bankrupty. there are about 35 lawsuites pending at the court ( Amtsgericht ) in the city of Chemnitz. They left all stores and vendors and employees hanging here without paying or settling any accounts. Depts in excess of 190 thousand Marks are owed here. I am shure that as soon as all judgements against java are theough we will file suit in canada." n.b. his reference to financial webpages means his earlier message on the aol board that i posted to this thread, please refer to it and to his email address. These guys seem really pissed and determined. Regardless, Who would buy a shell with just these liabilities alone not to mention their Cambie store etc...? 190,000 DM is about $100,000 USD or the same price of a shell with a 90% control block...rob can only deliver a 30% control block....end result....LIGHTS OUT... at this time this will likely end my posts to this thread as their first post mortem posted on the web site managed by their only loyal ex worker will end soon as he suggested in his weekly update as he too is finally coming around in understanding that jvgi is beyond any hopes of a second coming.
