I see!! No new topics without an amendment .. Everyone understood that when it was time for alcohol. Everyone knew it required an amendment. Very odd that everyone forget about amendments when it came to pot. Yes .. it is very plainly against the US Constitution for the US government to have anti-drug laws. .. local issues for local government as per the US Constitution. But what the heck .. it's only a piece of paper.
