  drbio45, what do you mean by an "analog of b-6"?  If you think I'm blind to something, just show me what it is and prove me wrong.  I think your "analog of b-6" is just phosphorylated pyridoxal, a standard form of the vitamin found in most supplements.  
  In addition to my earlier criticisms, I now have to add that the Medicure website is opaque with respect to the description of MC-1 and mechanism.

  While not universally, true, biotech and small pharma with drugs that have solid mechanisms with solid IP usually explain these clearly. Look at POTP, ARQL, EXEL, ALXN as noted earlier, AMLN and many others.  Those companies that don't explain clearly often, but not always, are hiding something. 
  I remain skeptical about MCU and MC-1, but I'm willing to admit I'm wrong if you can show me otherwise.
