Michal, seriously - why don't you ask me directly? I have no fear of any "truth." Do you? When you tell the truth, you don't have to remember a story.

I already posted that I got his name from another poster and also from a conversation with Dennis Ammerman. I didn't understand how he fit in and others posted about the various entities with which Petar supposedly was involved. When I reviewed my own notes, I understood (but only as my own opinion) that the intent was to get many supposedly successful entities into the public company, entities with actual significant earnings and revenues. He was presented by Ammerman as someone with experience in putting together deals and that he would bring out the true value in the public entity. I've spoken to enough managements to take everything with a "grain of salt" and, after being urged to do so a few times by another poster, I did call Petar.

Sometime later the name Petar V started appearing on the message boards, perhaps on IHub. At first, I did not realize it was the same person. I remembered the "Petar" part because of its unusual spelling, at least from an American POV. Given the errors made by posters all the time, I didn't think anything of it.

Despite your comments and those of others who wish to distort and personally attack, I really do follow about 100 stocks and I don't have total recall of all the conversations I have had with managements. I do have good notes.

At some point, I reviewed my own notes. My thought was that I had just not heard the name correctly and I just wasn't sure about whether there were 2 Petars or one. I recall another poster posting something about this. I thought, if true, it was one heckova coincidence. Basically, I chalked it up as a mistake on my part. My conversation with him started with, "May I speak to Petar." No last name was mentioned. However, my notes clearly say that I spoke to someone with a last name (I thought) that was not V.

I still don't know if there is any type of "official" explanation. To me, it's background noise in a scenario that Petar has painted for himself, one with which he will have to live, as I have posted many times.

I posted my conversation with Petar. I posted my reservations and my thoughts about selling. I also posted that I went against my own traditional guidelines and kept my position at that time, much of which was bought in the .002's. I've also posted these reservations many times, many posts of which would comport with things that you have posted.

Nevertheless, I have also posted that, each time I posted these reservations, the stock went up almost exponentially. Look at the chart. I also have posted that this "theory" of mine is being tested now. It clearly does not look good at this point, but I felt pretty much the same each time I posted my own reservations.

I think that's a pretty fair assessment and it's what I have done over and over, consistently. As I suggested to you before, you can check with Jim Bishop, who posts fairly negatively here.

Yes, I do "bash" the moronic generic bashers. And obviously the bashers don't like this. I stand by my posts. If I'm wrong, I say so. I haven't said that bashers caused the problems that Petar faces. However, there is always much distortion to attack and I post as I see it and will continue to do it.

I haven't changed any "story." I still believe it is possible to make money on this. I don't recommend it to anyone else. As I often post, I have my own portfolio rules and I have been successful following them. Everyone else has their own strategies and I'm not going to say that my own is better than anyone else's.

I do things that defy traditional investment guidelines. I do average down, although I am not doing it now because I have more than enough allocated to this in my extremely diversified portfolio. I can afford to take a total loss and still have probably my most successful year in the market. That's not to say that a large loss from the very top is pleasant. But, it's a small part of my own speculative portfolio and a tiny part of my own net worth. My basis is tiny so I get no tax benefit by selling. (Take that FWIW as anyone can post BS net worth or trades and I am typically critical of posters who feel the need to do that.)

Enough answers? If not, ask away.
