Petar Wolfe-Wolve-Wolf-Wolde - however it was spelled it was still Petar Vucicevich.

SO - which of the people who talked to Petar Vucucevich AKA Petar Wolfe learned that they were talking the same person, and when did they first know it?

Which of them revealed the dual identity of Petar Vucicevich on any message board, and when and where did they do so?

There's a new guy in town who's teaching Dennis how to be "smart."

Mr. Wolfe told me on the phone last week that the top priority would be to straighten out the mess that Devries left in his wake. He said that there would be radical changes that would enhance shareholder value through communication with the investors to restore their confidence(I believe him now). He also said that top priority would be getting the financials out, because they would clearly show exactly how undervalued the stock is(guess so..he even gave a deadline...this is very unDevries like). He also said that we should be getting at least one PR a week from here on out. Sounds good to me. He could be lying throught his teeth, but no one can say that he didn't come out swinging. He said he was going to be brutally honest, and looks like today was the beginning. Mr. Wolfe said may other fine things....perhaps a few others should give him a call and see what they think. I know I'm gonna stick around and see what's in store.

You hit it right on the nose. My conversation with Wolve was similar. He emphasized that whatever transpired would add significant value to the public entity and was not merely a shuffling of paper to benefit insiders, as is typical of pink r/s. I.e., this would be spelled out in a series of PR's as the details become finalized.

The strategy, I believe, was to get the flippers out, establish a base, and build on PR's of substance that indicate the value, the end result of which arguably would be a much higher share price, pre-split.

In my mind, even more important than the information that will be PR'd is filing under Rule 2-11 with the NASD and their rounding up market makers such that we have a real market and not this current status where MM's pretend to match orders.

Flaflyersfan, Ask Petar Wolfe (519) 973-5551. That is the easiest way to get all the answers on Consultech. It is not easy to follow at first because of all the parts. Petar lives it, so he will be able to give you the 'skinny', rather than me typing a book here. You will probably have more questions than I have answers to.

partysasquatch, ask who?;

If I was involved in any of this and you called me, I'd be certain to tell you EXACTLY what you wanted and hoped to hear LOL!

Did you say Petar Wolfe? I have never met a "Petar" in my life yet there are 2 "Petars" involved in LFWK: Wolfe and Vucicevich?

What a coincidence. That's a Canadian Area Code also.

I don't know...good find though. I'm sure they have been accumulating shares, but I'm just glad they weren't paid in shares. That release my bring in more buyers. Petar Wolfe said they weren't going to do any more paid promotions. IMO, that's a good thing because the paid promoters alway dilute. Petar said that all future promo would be on a cash basis...good.

Coop. He is the guy coordinating all of their strategies concerning being public. Dennis is focusing on the business and letting Peter take care of the shells, mergers, shareholders, etc.

Thx Reminder....

Has anyone got any info. on him or his experience, history, etc.?
I thought I read a few posts awhile back that some on here have spoken to him as well and curious what the consensus is regarding him and if he is capable of bringing LFWK back from the dead.

Just spoke to Peter Wolfe, amongst his cheerful chuckles, he commented " next quarterly financials will be done by an accountant who doesn't use a primary colored abacus " Although these financials are elementary I agree, sweaterboy's stupidity is probably a good thing, IMO he's too naive to be anything but honest.

I think it's Petar Wolfe. Have you ever called him? He is very direct. He said that he was going to do some radical things on the front end to get out the flippers. He then said he saw going to march this stock north of .10. Amazing...he is not laking in confidence....and so far he is not lacking in execution either.

Are we at .26 yet?

Guess so, we hit Petar Wolfe pretty hard, and he seemed to pass the test. I bought may last batch of shares at .0065. And for the record, I haven't sold any of them (not that I won't. lol)

What is an insider? I called Dennis Ammerman a few times, DeVries several times (never got an answer), and Petar Wolfe two or three times. If you are saying that I have insider info, then let's flip that around a bit. In no way can these calls be considered insider. Why? Because who the heck knows #1 who is actually on the other end of the phone, and #2 if what they are saying is true or not.

Well, I guess it would be safe to assume after friday that LFWK is going to keep cranking out the PR's until the shorts are forced to cover. Did you guys notice that they did the same thing 2 times in a row? They released a PR that was a bit vague.....in order to release another PR the next day explaining the previous PR....once again brilliant. We have to admit that we have all been nervous about a big pullback....IMO, Petar Wolfe knows what he is doing....and isn't going to let up. Bombs away Petar...and thanks!

Yeah, I think they will mix it up. The point being, in my opinion, that aren't going to let up. They are going to crank out PR after PR until the work is done. I had my doubts....but I now had to admit that Petar Wolfe is extremely good at what he does. Let's not forget, that this all started at about .0018....he has engineered one heck of a charge...so why stop now? We all know that the shorts are trying to delay as long as possible before buying back in. They are hoping for a nice pullback, to do the buyback...problem is...IMO, Petar isn't going to let that happen. Management is going to keep hitting it, until the shorts are simply out of time. That's when we get that big move. I bought more shares last week....I can't wait for the fireworks to begin.

Something tells me you missed the big move....anyway, have you thought to call Petar Wolde and ask him your questions? You could then report something of substance, instead of just firing off questions barbed with anger.
