I think the 2008 estimate is just Troy having great and possibly NEW visibility for 2007 that does not yet translate into visibility for 2008, or he could just be lazy. IMO Sprint is well into a major upgrade with Sonus and while CSFB saw it early, it is reaching the order and installation stage and starting to work its way across brokerage and trading desks. And then there is every other major wireless carrier either starting a core upgrade, selecting a vendor, or finishing up trials, even if Sonus only wins their fair share versus winning them all, these too will begin to show up in channel checks and in upcoming Book-To-Revenue figures.
