Is there any evidence of actual ownership of assets with any pink sheet stock, or at least in 95% of them? Very few even claim that they actually own anything. They hint. Gold stocks claim they are talking about exploring. Oil companies the same. Medical companies claim licenses to cures for cancer, etc., etc.

SLJB published very poorly prepared unaudited statements that claimed significant assets and revenues. As bad as they were in form, they did create a claim that they owned significant businesses, which is more than most pinkies do. I'd like to see changes in the entire investment environment, (not just in the naked shorting scam LOL), but given the current state of affairs, SLJB played by the rules. Of course, the delays and missed deadlines create other issues not asked by your post and not discussed in this response to your post.

That's why having AF's is/was so critical in my opinion.

that's the real issue. The rest of the stuff pro/con is all "noise," IMO.
