I just updated my spreadsheet from 1 year ago and the avg cost per watt has come down from $10 a year or so ago to $5-6 today. That brings the breakeven period to 8 years for me. If I add in the increase in the value to my house it brings it down to 3-4 years. Looks like I need to look into doing this again.
