On IYSA, the restructuring was just on the Canadian subsidiaries, per the 8K from July. The main company is still trading. The employees (with additional investors) bought the assets of the subsidiaries, which shows some faith in the company's future.

Maybe those contracts are still coming and were waiting for this stuff to get out of the way. Either way, rumors of IYSA's death seem to be exaggerated.

Blood is running in the streets. Time to nibble a bit?
