So, this is how THEY can reflate the asset-based economy :0)

Next up, banks can simply keep selling repossessed homes to each other, at high enough price to cover their own respective losses, so as to have a 'healthy' balance sheet, then off-load same again on home-buyers rewarded with rate/term-enhanced mortgage contracts, and lend them more money to pay interest and service the loan, before offloading the loan papers to the market.

We will never have real estate debt engendered finacial crisis.
