I agree. Some of my past comments on the matter.

I've seen no rumors. What I have seen.

Barr must divest some generic lines to clear antitrust concerns.

FWIW- Generically speaking. Democrats will help generics.

Walmart is expanding it 4.00 generic copay to more stores.

Caraco is now making a profit.

If I had to guess something big. Some foreign firm possibly will buy the founders stake in LCI. Such as Sun has done in Caraco .

NO, we don't know. What we do know:

1.There is, and has been consolidation going on in this industry.

2. LCI is a small scale weaker player

3. The company was a PRGO target before it's
JS debacle.

4. WILLIAM FARBER will control any possible future deal.

5. Mr. Farber is getting older and IMO needs to diversify his holdings.

6. You need scale to compete more effectively in this industry

7. LCI fundamentals are improving

8. The majority of insiders have been buyers of LCI stock

9. % Change in Institutional Shares Held are up

10.Based on overseas competitors PR's. Some overseas competitors are looking to having a bigger US presents.

11. Lastly it will take more time to prove to Wall street and possible buyers. LCI is worth more than it's current valuation.
