Rick,

I spoke to Bob Rifkin last week. He says that the company had a very positive reception at a First Albany conference and that there was interest expressed in buying shares. He also said that Liviakis's position has been completely liquidated (and presumably moved to stronger, more satisfied hands). The shares held by former CEO Rosen are also now not tradable (according to RR). Additionally, the Mooretown opration is at near 100% (close to 400 t/da).

He stresses the co. is now an integrated waste management company (not a landfill remodelling co) which will use its propietary techniques when and if appropriate as a competative advantage.

I wish them luck with that, but my feelings are that there are a number of stable, proven integrated solid waste management cos. This stock was a speculative buy on my part because I liked the idea and the potential of landfill remodelling.

I am now out of BSFE at 3/4. I'm quite sure I could have waited and gotten more, but I have a few other long term speculative plays and thats what I've earmarked this money for.

Allan
