They are not just general comments as you state...the chart is a simplified overview of the JV agreement being published for all to see on the official website and as such makes it the exact information that MPV and DeBeers management feel that you need to know to be an informed shareholder. It is a lot better than some of the KoolAid you have been drinking.... IMO Bloomfield has provided an excellent service to all in breaking it down in terms of financial numbers/percentages and what it actually means.... regards
