Hi H3 After I posted the tables - they WERE ugly. I then had to EDIT what was all ready posted and manually move around data. So, in answer to your question, I do NOT know a clear way to just Post "<'pre></pre'>" tables and have them come out OK. In terms of PRINT SIZE .... try this: (1) Take your source data and ALWAYS post it to NOTEPAD ... that should FIX print size problems ... then FROM NOTEPAD ... post to whatever your target is. (2) Once you have it in Notepad use CTRL + RIGHT ARROW to see where the real end of line is. Then kill any part of the line that is past the LAST WORD in your line ... e.g. See Spot Run ........Here is Real End of Line using ctrl+RArrow After the letter n in Run DELETE the blank space. Thats all I know. just an fyi - E.C. never has a problem posting tables (makes me green with envy) ... might wanna ask him. regards, John
