GCHR -- (eMail): Dear Shareholders,

As of the date of this note, our operator, Sabine Operating Services, is reporting they have started drilling on the third of the seven wells on the Ownbey Lease. Preliminary reports on the first well indicate we have approximately 19 feet of our target sand, the Weiser. This is encouraging news. It is too early for a report on the second well.

On a stock note, if you go to pink sheets.com you will notice our designation has changed from "unsolicited" to "dually traded" on the "pink sheets and otcbb". To most of you this is a clue, need I say more!?
