No one has a copy of the JV Agreement, because it has never been released to the public. Last year I checked all Sedar entries dating back to 1997 and found nothing.
Also, the Joint Venture Agreement may actually be a series of binding contracts, not just a solitary document.
That's perceptive, Bloomfield. The joint venture agreement that was signed on March 6, 1997 was amended at least once, on March 8, 2000, so copies of both documents (and any others, if they exist) would be required.
Copies of internal documents like scoping studies, prefeasibility studies and JV agreements are rarely issued for public consumption. (That's one reason they're called insiders.) They get only limited circulation within the companies. I will grant you that copies of such documents do on occasion slip out to reporters via disgruntled employees, etc., but your chances of actually getting a look at these documents is effectively nil.
In the case of Gahcho Kue, there does not seem to be any disagreement between the JV partners about the key components of the deal.
