Got the shopping done.......wouldn't you know, I forgot crackers and olives.......and did allot of prep. Still have cranberries to cook......a friend brought me fresh picked from the bogs in Westport two weeks ago. I looked them up, and found out that they will stay in the fridge for up to 4 months without spoiling. I'm surprised we don't use them more in cooking. Our ancestors certainly must have considering their keeping power. Caesar would probably not like having his feet wiped nor would he like having to "stay" on the entry rug until they were dry. If I had my way my pets would have the run of the house. It's hubby that is annal about dirt. -gg- Sometimes it is almost a blessing not to have our computers work. I know I sure get allot more done when mine isn't. A perfect opportunity for you to get organized for your dec meeting and for all of the holiday stuff. Are you having family over? I'm expecting to feed 8.
