Not really chas. MPV could if the stock were to be say $10 at the time the funs would be required issue 30 million more shares = $300 million,giving a TL of 85 million outstanding.This would reduce EPS at first glance but cancel out debt + the interest,that saved cash would fall to the bottom line and restore the expected EPS.I don't find that gloomy at all. James
