They mostly play with already listed $1-to$5+ stocks over where they can shuffle lots of old yellowed and dogeared SEC paper to make themselves feel good for 10% gains. They also seem to migrate towards Dot.Com techy issues as opposed to hardware and hard work oriented construction issues like a new gas-turbine power or peaking plants. Most of them have probably never seen, much less ever walked through, or help build a powerhouse , substation or powerline. 'Simple Cycle' to most would probably mean an exercise bicycle at Gold's Gym meant for one rider. Whereas 'Combined Cycle' is probably something that they'd expect rent in Central Park involving a girl and a picnic basket. Kelmer Smith just got the shiny, white hardhat today marked *"..El Jefe..", so I would imagine we'll start to see some surveyors out staking, cat skinners moving dirt around, and steel-toed mudmen with concrete trucks rolling in to the jobsite pretty soon. Go with what you know, aye..... "..And, I love it when a plan comes together.."*!!! John :-) .
