I'm very pleased that some courts are finally looking into what may be the most disgraceful area of law, or maybe second to the way bankruptcy courts operate.

Millions of dollars in legal fees and a few pennies for shareholders. Bashers, paid or unpaid, leads given to favored reporters, class action sharks soliciting plaintiffs, illegal fee splitting, bash reports for pay, hired guns to destroy companies.

Does anyone really think that these clowns are all "good samaritans?"
