If you wish to believe that President Bush was COMPELLED to run to the ME (as you stated), then believe it. Trying to explain the difference to you between a considered response arrived at through group dialogue and executed freely, and a forced reaction dictated by people or circumstances...is like trying to potty train a carrot. I deeply suspect your sincerity because it overwhelms me to acknowledge such a profound depth of stupidity as you are representing.
