Check out CYD on big board-China Yuchai: company is largeest diesel manufacturer in Soetheast Asia, has a very low PE of 6 and pays a nice little dividend! Stock is around $4.5 and should test new highs over next few months! Also understand that a cooperative deal with Cummins Engine could be forthcoming.
