You sure like that Ampex stuff, right? Back in the early 70s I was doing quite some business with them up in Redwood City. The buildings there have been sublet, demolished and/or modified a couple of times since then but the old big Ampex Logo still stands there proudly next to Hwy 101. Amazing those guys owned the TV pro video recorder business back then!! I mean, they had a MONOPOLY!! Not a single TV studio in the world without Ampex recording units. Now they are just making a living on the left over patents. Sad indeed. Taro
