How could AMD winning at DELL be bad for AMD's lawsuit? Intel announced that they were changing their marketing tactics and would make everyone pay the same price. A couple months later, DELL announces AMD in everything. THis is de-facto proof that DELL was getting loyalty rebates and when they disappeared, DELL stopped being loyal. Petz
