The main problem is that they are not rolling out in new cities at a very fast rate. Are they out of money
or just not planning well?<

The $100 million from the soon to be completed "junk" bond offering should certainly aid roll-out plans. Also, we want to make sure that they are approaching positive cash flow on existing markets.
