I vaguely remember reading about the Articles of Confederation when I was learning about American history in school. I was an excellent student of it and have retained more than most people I have met. Because they were dysfunctional it must have been covered briefly and without much testing.

Based on our current elected officials, it might be nice to bring back the one year in every three years, provision only apply it to Congress.
