Here is a series of illustrated web pages on the formation of roll front Uranium deposits and the the in-situ solution mining of these deposits. Rain and ground water leach oxidized uranium from huge deposits of volcanic ash. The dissolved uranium is carried by the water until it reachs reducing environment, like pyrites or decaying organic matter, and the drops out of solution form a deposit.

This is from URRE, who produced about 70,000 poound of Uranium last quarter, mostly from Texas.

According to URRE, they are seeking a Nasdaq listing if the stock can stay above $4.00 for 90 days.

They sell to Itochu and Averva.

The presentation slides in the investor area are also worth a look.

I have been selling URRE on the way up, and I'm looking to re-enter if it would drop a little.
