SPX...the hyper-bullish case... The more I look at the action since June, the more I am convinced that it looks like, squawks like, and walks like.... a 3... And the only way I can fit that as a 3 of any kind into the bigger picture is to treat it as a 3 of 3....(or a 3 of 3 of 3..) And that takes me back to that "hyper-bullish" scenario I posted "just for fun" a few weeks ago. So I am adopting that case now as a valid "alternative scenario", which I will continue to post on from time to time (until/unless it goes up in flames..LOL). And one of the implications of this "alternative" is that we should look for SPX to join the DOW in reaching all time highs.. Will be looking more closely, and posting more comments on it, over the coming week.. Here's the chart....as of Oct 27...
