I'd say that NAFTA has some problems. But most of our trade deficit and job loss is not with Canada and Mexico. You keep doing the bait and switch, either that or you are fully confused.

Is NAFTA so cast in stone that Bush is helpless? He seems to have no problem walking on the constitution.
