The republicans can define victory how ever they want to. Knock yourself out.

And if you have to redefine victory later at a lower level then people will notice that the original defined victory was not achieved.

People are not all together stupid as you might make them out to be. Iraq is in crisis. Redefining terms in not going to change that. And Bush got us in there in the first place. That will be his legacy.
