Talk about desperate! Not only is Sirius incurring SACs for what they are selling, they're now having to PAY XM subscribers for their old receivers to get them to move (even though NASCAR has now slapped Sirius on the wrist for doing it). Mel is really throwing money at their guidance. It is going to be pretty tough for Sirius to steal the NASCAR listenership away from XM because XM has the NASCAR personalities, which is what the listeners want. Sirius has pulled some real stunts over the last several years, but this sort of takes the cake IMO. orbitcast.com
