When did they say that? Otellini himself was on record saying that, despite the lawsuit, he's not changing any of Intel's business practices.

If this were true, AMD would have made a big deal over it. Remember that the lawsuit is also their PR campaign, so they would NOT keep this so-called "smoking gun" a secret ...
