Sorry if I keep butting in, but that's kind of what I was wondering. If NMKT is so profitable, then why can't they manage a AMEX listing, or Nasdaq SC listing on their own?

Obviously they can't get the MMkrs to believe in, and support, the stock price.

But one thing a reverse merger would have accomplished is to nullify any outstanding issues in NMKT filings, since APII would be basically "vouching" for the credibility of NMKT's business operations.

Call me a cynic, but those of us who remember GIFS, which was constantly reporting "extraordinary" results (as well as assets), I remain skeptical. And that's up to the management to alleviate that skepticism.

So if management is doing well with their business, let them achieve profitability and start buying back their stock. When they have the money to reduce the number of shares outstanding it will send the signal that management believes the shares are undervalued.

And correct me if I'm mistaken, but I don't see any Form 4's indicating that management is purchasing the stock.

Again.. the only reason I'm participating is that I lost money when this company was IPVO and management was railing about naked shorting on the Berlin stock exchange. This made me really curious as to how that was going to be resolved (and of which i've heard nothing further).
