Usually when politicians are asked a question they don't want to answer they answer a different question.

What he is asked: "Are you going to fire Rumsfeld?"

What he answers: "Mr Bush, do you think Mr Rumsfeld has worked incredibly hard and accomplished much under very difficult circumstances?"

It's not like he was blind sided by the question. He's been asked that every time a report's gotten within 10 feet of him for 4 years.

To you that is the better option?
