No tree for me, either. But, that's not new around here. Living alone, and not expecting visitors, I put some candles in the front window, hang a wreath and I'm done with decorating. That's not what Christmas is all about anyway. My Black Friday dinner was several bowls of Lima Beans and ham soup. Crock pot all day and it was delicious. No left over turkey around here, although I love that stuff. Ate out on turkey day.
