Diebold didn't offer a paper trail on the first models. The millions to buy the voting equipment came from the republican congress and went to republican businesses. Hacking the vote is a serious crime, whether it's dems or reps doing it. If I lived in Maryland I'd be checking into it. Most states in the west are going to paper mail in ballots. You easties need to get up to speed. Most of the world simply counts paper ballots by hand. That is the most accurate way to count if it is done correctly.
